93 dodge dually
Would 90 hp injectors be to much for a ve bosch pump?Ive already put the 3200 gov spring in turned in the smoke screw and turned the fuel pin in.Also have AFE intake and 4 inch straight pipe.
VE pumps need larger injectors to deliver the same quantity of fuel as a P-pump (or VP pump or common rail) because VE's run lower injection pressures. Lower pressures mean that you need a larger hole to push the same quantity of fuel through.
That's why injectors like 435's (5x.014) can make 600 HP on a P-pump (possible, right?) and 400 HP on a VE pump.
Whatever injectors you get, make sure that they are injectors for the VE pump; P-pump injectors fit in the bores, but the lines won't thread on and the pop pressures will be wrong.
