Default Coined dually wheel explanation please!!

i know this question has been asked before, but im not sure i fully understand. i want to put a custom set of aftermarket wheels on my 93 d350. is the problem only if i have to reuse the factory inners? if i get 6 new wheels and tires, will they bolt right up, or am i gonna run into an issue or two? thanks

They will bolt up no problem, the only reason people go with steel wheels on the inside is cost.
