How about stopping that trailer? I bet your axle bearings LOVE you. And what about the hitch on teh rear of the truck? No hitch made for a light duty truck that is rated for that much weight. Buy a medium duty truck, just because it will does not mean it can. When you get in a accident DOT is gonna love your ***.

I would go with a new turbo. Like I said a Super HX40 would be best for your application. The pumps are easy on these trucks.

dont get too happy with the full fuel screw; it'll just cause EGT problems under load; fuel pin and maybe run the full fuel down to the collar. trans cooler too good luck with the brakes man... ceramics thats all i have to say...
