I need to fix the 3rd member but I'm wanting to know how much save hp i can get before upgrading the turbo. I also have an extra HX35 off an 01, will this be a cheap upgrade (air flow wise)? Not sure what all i can do to the pump?
Any advise would be helpful.

The HX35 will be an upgrade and seeing as how yours is free I would definalty do it.

There are a bucnh of threads on here on turning up the pump. LOTS of free HP in these trucks.

 

While i'm looking for rear end parts i will be fabbing up a 5" single stack.

How much hp hides within the pump alone without doing injectors and what not. Not wanting to put much money in her, just enough to be reliable and will look cool when i go to sale her.

 

Stock Non I/C injectors are good for about 400rwhp, but you'll need more than an HX35 for that. Plus, for any real, useable horsepower, you'll need to intercool that sucker.
