Is your 92 an auto? If it is, then stock is a 21cm housing and a 16 would be a good upgrade. But with the amount of fuel you'll have with 370s you'll want more than just an exhaust housing upgrade. I've been running an hx-40 for almost 2 years. It spools a lot faster than my h1c/21cm and controls the heat pretty good. I pull my 8k+ lb boat every weekend and have had over 10k on my flatbed trailer and havn't had to back off the throttle yet. For the money they're hard to beat.
its an auto and i can't find any desently priced hx 40's and i dont know how to use the classifieds
any input would be great.

An HX40 would be my choice. Spools faster than a 62/71/14 S300, and will support around 400rwhp, which is all you want for a reliable tow rig.
Don't be afraid of the stories about HX40's breaking shafts. The number one reason is because huge horsepower P-Pump guys are running them sledpulling, and breaking them.
I (and Brian Block) see no reason not to run an HX40 in a 1st Gen. Plues you can generally find them cheaper than an S300.
