What kind of trubo are on school busses? remember hearing somebody using one off of a bus but didnt know what kind?

It depends on year and how big of a bus and what motor they got in them

Alot have the 5.9 cummins. Alot of teh "city" buses have the 8.3 that has a HX40 on it.

ok thats what i was looking for. other then the downpipe will it bolt up to themanifold alond with the oil line?

As long as it is the T3 flange yes it will bolt up to you manifold.

is it wrong of me to have the jingle "the wheels on the bus go round and round; round and round" in my head? either way that is some good info to have may come in handy some day. thanks guys

it is very good info. i see some old busses by the college every day i drive by. might be able to pick up a cheap hx 40!
