hmm.. maybe the issue is the fuel sending unit *is* linear and it should not be.. would be a very simple simple engineering task to make it read properly..

would anyone be interested in a fix if i made it?

i have a 35 gallon tank i believe and run it til the low fuel light comes on and about 27-30 gallons is all it takes to fill er up
