Default Dodge Cummins! I Need help

i just bought a 1993 w 250 with a cummins in it but when you put it in drive it slips in and out of 3 gear. I have 1989 727 transmission that was pulled from a cummins and rebuilt but will it bolt right up to the 93? or do i even need to pull it?

The tranny will bolt up kinda... You will loose overdrive and with out 3.07 gears the 727 will suck horribly at highway speed. It might run 60...

I would rebuild teh 518 that is in it.

Make sure the transmission fluid is full, that alone can cause it to slip.
