Default front suspension sagging

hey all,

i have a regular can longbox 1992 w250 ctd and the front suspension seems to be sagging.

i checked the leafs and they seem to be fine unless its broken where i can't see it.
I just replaced the shock absorbers on the front and rear.

Also the ride on this thing is so ruff. i know all ur guys's trucks out there are ruff but we have 3 first gens and none of the others ride as ruff as mine. is there a way to make it smooter riding.

Your springs are sagging. the whieght of that cummins over 17 years makes them sag. I bet they are arched like a frown instead of flat.
