POWER STEERING PUMP SHOT?

My power steering pump is puking the fluid out the cap and is not assisting the tires to turn. Does this mean its shot or is there something else going on? Any ideas would be helpful,Thanks

Definitely sound like you have the same issue, it just got a big air bubble in it and needs to be bled probably.
