Here we go ( Changing evaporator coil )
Well just to let evrybody know changining the evaporator coil on your a/c in your truck is not the easiest thing i have tried to do to my truck, and chiltons is way to vage on how to do it, i didn't get any pictures of the tear down, i might try to get some of the install though as i start to put it back together this afternoon

You sure the white powder stuff is not oxidation? I have been doing a/c work for 15 years they shouldn't have powder in them, be sure you blow the lines out the best you can with an air compressor and have an extra filter drier for your a/c system, because once you start the system the drier will protect the compressor from harm but may get stopped up quick after the system has been started, you just replace the drier and recharge the system and start it again, i will have pictures up later but most of them are of taking the dash apart and evaporator coil
