Read my turbo thread to see how i used a 2nd gen downpipe with my expandit exhaust.
Ya I asked in the price quaote section to find a ball park price range. Yes I know to look for 1st gen injectors. Yea ill needa 4" down pipe instead of 3".

What do you do about the wastegate?

The wastgate is part of the exhaust housing. You dont need to do anything special for it.

Monday I got the exhuast more leveld out, cut a little bit off from sticking out so far and added a homemade hanger, weled a peice of 90 to the pipe and bolted to the rubber hanger and added another clamp, guess we missed a spot up towards the motor, much much better now. Got new/used 245/75/16 10 ply Load range E tires to replace the worn out mix/match tires on it(265 on front and 285 on back), got the tires about a week ago, getting put on friday. Hopefully tommrow have the tranny shop check out my TPS, its kicking down alot at 40-50 and sometimes 35mph and going to try and find the leak, still leaking somewhere on me and im tired of adding fluid, so hopefully get that stuff done by this weekend.

Also going to contact hughes TC tommrow to see how much a heavy duty TC for the cummins would cost, seems like the tranny doesn't have as much take off power and just doesn't seem the same. Than im wanting to work on making my cold air intake and save up for fuel pin and either turbo or injectors.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Do you guy's think that a hughes heavy duty TC not hold up to a 62/65/12 turbo, denny t, New era 435's, cold air intake and my 4" straight? I've heard there good TC and there price is alot nicer than gorend

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Just ordered my Denny T Stage 2 fuel pin.

Next will be a Goerend TC.

The hughes is a good converter to about 350HP.

well enough people have convinced me, ima go with goerend, once i get some money together that's next.

Got new tires on and cleaned the wheels up real good like today.

Next is a new nut for driver's rear axle(where to get one???), put new pads on, replace TPS sensor, and get new bumpers and seats and she'll be set for more motor/tranny mods.

Here's for comparsion for when I first got her: You can see the stickers(got them pealed off), how far the exhuast stick's out and the angle, and it had 285/75/16 in the back and 265/75/16 up front. The new tires are 245/75/16 10ply Load range E tires. Next is to be painted Hemi Orange.
