the seats in my '05 were alot more comfortable that the seats in my buddy's '07. when i flipped my '05 he was begging me to buy my seats for his truck. but i do have to say that the seats in my '97 are better than the seats in my '05, but i do miss the lumbar support

Default 3g seats into 1g

I put some seats from a 2008 reg cab into my 92 reg cab this week. I used the two seat mounts from the 92 bench. boloted them back in sans seat. Ran 2 pieces of channel across the mounts then positioned the seats on the channel. Marked new holes and bolted it all up.

Sounds easier than it was, but I am well satisfied with the results. Driving across the field aand on the road is a whole lot more pleasureable. Not much adjustment available to the rear. I have mine against the back window panel.

Those 06 seats not only are junk but they get dirty just sitting still. Got 04 leather off "that big auction site" and they are COMFY! Got the power working on drvr. and pass., but need to hook up seat heaters. i'll figger it out.

If I can get 2002 Toyota Celica seats to go into a 92 k1500, i'm sure that you can get just about anything to fit in anything. Just may take some time like it did me.

Ha ha ha.

Those were some damn comfy seats while out wheelin, not like the bench seat where you end up in the passenger seat when ya get in a hairy situation.
