Default Major loss of power

Guys, i have an 03 Dodge with a 93 12valve in it. I had purchased a power pin from ebay, my dumb mistake. Took it out of the pump to look at it a week ago and sure enough it was worn away from the tiny pin, so i took it out and put the stock pin back in. Now the truck has nearly zero power, I pull a 40' goose neck and I cant go up any incline over 30mph unloaded. What would have caused this? I also did a valve adjustment, just to make this post more frustrating... I am damn near certain the valves are right, so must be the pump somehow. What Have I done??? Please help.

Any smoke under throttle? Did you hook teh AFC boost line back up to the housing? Are teh two copper washers in it? If the AFC housing is seeing no boost it will not add fuel under load.

There is absolutely zero smoke now under any peddle. I get a black wisp on start up. Both washers are there, boost gauge still reads 20psi on dash. When I took the power pin out I noticed the cavity was full of diesel fuel, where as when I installed it a couple months ago it didnt have diesel in it.. Mean something??

It being full of fuel means it has a leak, no big deal. Start with the basics, Fuel pressure, Fuel Filter

I have recently replaced fuel pump, and the fuel filter only has 3400 miles. When do the injection pumps need a rebuild, is it a tell tail sign or simply based on mileage? What boost should a stock 93 12 valve be at anyways, like I said, under throttle im at 20psi, cruising it is around 10psi.

All it takes is one bad batch of fuel to destroy a filter. Your boost sounds okay.

injection pump with good REGULAR fuel should last 250K.....with ULSD your looking at alot less........my 90 has well over 200 on it and it is getting rebuilt right now, my 93 has 136 on the clock and im going to eventually rebuild it before too long just because its only 250$......

I would not think going to a stock pin would do that, something else is wrong.
