Just receved my Super B 600 Turbo Kit - Dodge 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins - S366/80 T3 0.80AR... Came with 3-3 2pc round port manifold and 4"downpipe . for my 1stgen...
The H1C/21 was a lag master as all know ~2200 rpm 12psi max
H1C/16 was better but required power braking to make a left turn in hevy traffic ~2000spool 17psi
Hx35w/12 and H1C/12w is nice spool off the line 20psi before 2nd gear.
S366 going on today
what is the equivalent cm of a .80 w/80mm turbine ? I've read .80ar w/76 is equivalent to14cm.
I expect the new turbo to be slightly laggy , what are your thoughts/ guesses of power, boost ?
what size injectors would be a good match with out being smoky? Thinking

S366-80 .80ar with a 3rd gen hx40 downpipe is the same as stock H1C /21
100%stock fuel factory sealed pump.
Laggy same proformance as the stock H1C/21w/ 100° higher EGT's 1175-1225° 10psi max. 1-2psi at cruse.pressure differential of 7psi exhaust manifold with 10 psi intake at the head.

I built a test pice, 2 into 1, to see if the Dieverter valve from BD is worth the investment ($700) . The t3 spacer is 2.5"thick with a pice of 3/16" plate blocking the front passage effectively making this .80AR into a .40 AR
20psi with the "diverter" installed. 5psi at 70mph spool is about 1.5sec from 5 to 21psi. EGT 1025°. I'll be mesuring back pressure tomorrow.
.comperable to the HX35W12 with the wastegate not hooked up(was set to 15psi for use on a fed ex 1997 mt45 w/p-pump had 495k mi) I backed the s366 w/g off to open at 20psi on the bench.
Question
The "safe" psi on a 1st gen w/o head studs is ~30 psi . Duse it matter wether 30 is measured at the head or at the turbo?
