AC & OD wiring help needed
I would try a clutch.
Back when we were being taught about the new 134 Freon they told us if you mixed ester with mineral it would ball up and cause problems. If we did a conversion from r12 to 134 we would be sure to purge all the lines change all the orings to the green ones.
I find it odd that the condensor is getting so hot on y'all's trucks. When I get back state side I will use a infrared thermometer and check the temp on my condenser.
Just curious so keep us updated
Thanks

All the mineral was flushed & replaced with an R12 compatible ester oil.
Got mine finally fixed.
My damn fish scales were bad; there was a low charge in the system.
Vacuumed the R12 out, refilled 38oz R12 on a digital stand scale.
Vents are blowing 36F air with ambient of 87F and 88% humidity.
Pressures are 36psi low and 195 high.
Compressor cycles 4 times a minute for 10-12 seconds a time.
New clutch went in anyway...holds a dollar bill against the front grill even while the fan is freewheeling at idle. Old clutch didn't do that.
