I have come across a h2 e turbo for practically nothing. Is this turbo similar to the he351 for what I'm trying to get?

I've watched couple videos where guys have put the he351 on their gen 1's. What do you do with the wiring of the boost solenoid Just leave the wires there? I've also seen ones without the boost solenoid. Do you know what the difference is? Sorry for so many questions just wanna get right information and set up from all you that know
