Default 5.9 VE most bang for the Buck

I have a 69 F350 CC 4x4 that I'm fitting onto an 04 SuperDuty FX4 chassis. I have a 5.9 VE pumped motor and a dodge 47rh tranny with 241DHD transfercase that i'm going to use. I'm wanting to use the truck mainly as a DD, but will be towing with it (8-12K lbs) several times through the course of a year. I'm on a few forums and have gained a good bit if knowledge from them, but thought this a good place to find more info. I want to get 250-300 HP out of the engine with 250 being a minimum.

Here's what i've conisidered, but i want your feedback on what to do to best achieve the stated goals!

1) He351W turbo with spring actuator added on
2) Fuel Pin
3) Larger intercooler
4) 4" exhaust
5) 3200 RPM spring
6) Dynamic Timing advance spacer
7) 60LB valve springs
8) VE pump turned up (piston lift pump)
9) New injectors (60-100 HP)
I don't want to jeopardize longevity

what would you add to the list or take away. I'd like suggestions on where to source much of this if you have info/brands on that.

Looks like a good list to me, make sure you have a tight torque converter as well.

I'd skip the intercooler unless you run into EGT issues.

WHAT? I'm missing something. The VE pumped motor i'm using was already intercooled. I just parted out a 95 and have the radiator, core support and intercooler/piping from it. SO, it won't be that big of a stretch to use it.
