makes sense so the cross member hold the t case.

The extension housing bolts to the crossmember, supporting the transfer case, transmission and preventing the engine from tilting backwards until it hits the firewall or breaks the engine mounts.

kind of confused what direction to go with. have a sm465 but from what i understand the small clutch wont hold up to the cummins. i think i have the bread truck adapter plate cause the cummins is clocked some.

have a 10 speed but i will lose 4wd

any gm trans with od isnt strong enough to hold up to the cummins.

have found a getrag with 205 and 205 combo for 1800. dont know the value of it and what else i need
"Getrag 4x4 & NP205 for cummins complete also have pedal assy. phone calls only" is all thats in the listing. want to find out more before i give him a call
think i found what i need
Getrag G360 5 spd trans
Np 205 transfer case
engine adapter- Cummins VE pump engine style
bellhouse
clutch
pressure plate
flywheel
Master and slave
crossmember and fram chunks for templates
4wd floor hump tin
pedals
all hardware
shifters

It'd cost you more than $1800 to piece that together. Hell, with the way 205 prices are these days, you're liable to pay upwards of $600-$800 for the transfer case alone.

just called the guy, he said its everything came off a cummins but no drive shafts. for some reason i have a fetish for drive shafts like i cant have enough

sooooo i called the guy up Tuesday (had money in hand) he says the trans in still in the truck. i asked when he thinks he will pull it he says hopefully by this weekend and he would call me
