Timing
I have been reading alot about timing lately. What is advantages/disadvantages to increase timing? Is the m&h timing spacer anygood? Hotwiring the KSP? Changing pump gear settings? I plan on putting 60hp injections and hx35 in the future.
Don't mess with the stock timing unless:
You are running large fuel injectors.
Running injectors with a higher pop pressure.
Advancing your timing will move the power up in RPM. Meaning it takes away from the low end and gives it to the top end.
The Dynamic Timing Device, aka timing spacer gives you the best of both worlds by increasing the overall timing advance. That way you can maintain your low end power and gain top end at the same time.
