i have a 1991 dodge d350 with the 5.9 cummins. my injection pump started leaking bad, so i found one in the jy they said it was good. i got engine on tdc and installed the pump now it wont start, engine turns over and have fuel at injectors... i am thinking timing may be off but i dont know... any suggestions?
