We have better options for 5x.011 and 5x.012 that will be cleaner. Feel free to give us a call.
Thats what I used in my truck and they work great, lots of power, not much smoke, 10% better MPG. I went with the 5x.012

If one were to do 5x0.12's would the h1c keep up? I have a newer, tight, wh1c, would the wh be an upgrade? I don't want to run an hx35 because of the higher boost at cruising speeds causing decreased mileage.

A stock H1C will support the 5X.012s good enough. Ran mine that way for years. A compressor side upgrade or an HX35 will help (more air). Don't know were you got the idea that higher boost at cruise equals decreased mileage from, in 15 years I've never seen it. And I've done a lot of towing based mods.

I have read several reports of putting an hx35 on and the mpgs lowering... May not be the direct cause.

I called DAP their non SAC 5x12's with a diamond eye 4" would be a good start I think. Does anyone know does diesel auto power's injectors come with the install kit or do you need to order that as well?

I know we are knocking the xxhp talk but diesel speed shops 5x12's are 100 hp injectors..... Either they are dirty as hell or don't actually make that.... Novapat- seen better mileage, or just more get up and go?

Also inter cooled trucks need a 145* angle, right? And what would be the correct washer thickness?

Ya dss told me they were the correct spray pattern for the 93 inter. head. they had 3 thicknesses washers and I used the medium I didn't measure tho.. I should have as I normaly measure everything. I need to top off and check milage. They burn clean for me, and make lots more power over stock.. with a little tuning iv seen pods burn decently clean..

Why go with another company when
1) Diesel Auto Power is a supporting vendor,
2) Our prices are better on most products
3) We have good quality control
4) Our injectors are EDM, then extrude honed to balance within about .03LPM with calibration fluid not air like most other places.

we have 3 washer we can use if customer requests.

I didn't mean to step on anyones shoes.. I have ordered a lot from you guys when I built my truck and did the conversion... I was very pleased.. the main reason was the price. I did call you guys, and I had these the next day as I am close to Oregon...
