Can anyone identify this housing based on description part no etc.? If it is actually a 12cm2 and if it has the 3" turbo exhaust ring? Also wastegate pop off pressure. The seller seems to not know anything other that what is in the decription.

it's not a 12cm, see the 16 by the exhaust manifold flange? yeah it's a 16cm housing.
