Default Relay overheating

93 dodge 250 diesel

There is a small cylindrical relay under the dash next to the parking brake

It overheats to the point of not being able to be touched. It only happens when the interior lights are on

No fuses have popped

Any ideas? Or maybe a place to start?

Service manual calls it the ignition lamp time delay relay
