Try the usual suspects... online parts houses. Parts Geek, Rock Auto, etc. Shipping may eat your lunch, but you will be starting with "clean" metal. With the grill changing for 1991-1993, I'm not sure if there were minor fender changes, but I'd start comparing parts numbers and see if I could wrangle some free or lower shipping prices. I have bought a few "bulky" things in the last year that I got shipped free (and didn't get bent over the fence on the purchase price, either) ... deer stands, exhaust system, gun safe. I bet some fenders could be gotten with free shipping, too.
