Drove home in a blizzard last week everything was good next morning no start put a charger on still won't start and only clicks like crazy. new starter still no go what the hell is goin on

Put 12 volts thru relay contact grabs and has full continuity on the other posts don't have a clue what's goin on here

 

I bet your cables are going bad, or there is a wire junction on the driver fender with 5 wires coming from the cab to a sealed ruber thing with 2 wires going to the battery ive had lots of problems like this with mine and I eventually took a piece of copper drilled 2 holes and attached the wires that way and its been good ever since. it gets coroded inside and causes quite a few different problems. with mine, when I first got it it caused the truck to shut down randomly, then it caused the truck to do what you are decribing and I thought it was the starter, aand then it caused the headlights, radio, and heater not to work. im 90% sure this is your problem

 

Thanks guys it was a combination of a burned sending wire to the starter and an arc pit on the cable connection
