Default Hx35/injector combo

Hey guys picking up my hx35 tomorrow (98 gated truck) looking to see what injectors guys are running and what kind of egts to expect doing a 4''turbo back at the same time I believe it's the 12 housing correct me if I'm wrong a friend of mines got some nozzles good for 40hp iv heard even the 60bds were a bit much with the 12 housing pushing egts up there i wanted to do ddp 75-100s originally I havnt hit more then 1000 yet highway with my stock h1c 21 i belive but i havnt pulled my trailer since turning up the fuel

Any input would be great thanks

you should be fine on egts. just dont go much more than that. and keep a close watch on your gauge. you could probably even go more than that and be fine. hx35's flow a whole lot more air then the POS h1c's do. So even though its a smaller housing than the h1c you are still flowing more air.

I did the hx swap today still havnt made up my mind on injectors all and all I'm very impressed with it it definetly moves more air spool times much faster then before i did notice a minimal egt increasebut nothing to worrie about ended up drilling and taping my compressor hosing hooked up the gate and getting 25lbs I pulled my silencer ring for the sound i even finished fabin up my bhaf and intake piping
The only thing I dont like about it was how far back I had to push my down pipe iv only got 3/4 inch or less between it and the heater box

I do have a diamond eye 4 kit coming I'll end up triming it then

The diamond eye system down pipe turns down right away so you'll have have a good couple inches of clearance even with the hx. The only problem you'll run into is if you ever decide to swap to an aftermarket s300 or something as those housings stick back even further
