Tach Question
I have a 1993 dually and found the tach hookup next to the steering column. I pulled my 5 inch competition tach with shiftlight from another project car and am wondering if it will work with the tach signal provided from the computer?
Don't want to pay for an extra gauge if I already have one, even though its for 10k rpm

It won't work, you have to have a 5 volt signal tach.

If you find a stock one, yes there were some, they go for sky high prices though you can use one of those too.
