The chrome 1-piece grille is 1991-1993.
You'll need the core support from the same era for the grille to fit, because the headlight buckets sit higher on the later trucks.

One positive thing, you can run that grille on either an intercooled or non-intercooled truck, because there are 2 separate core supports offered in 1991.
This allows you the option of running the later grille, yet keep the radiator of your choice by swapping core supports for your preference.

Mark.

I have a brand new aftermarket chrome plastic grille you can have if you want it if nothing else use it for mocking up to get an OEM one to fit

I realize this post is a little old, but if you are still interested in putting a 91-93 grill in without getting a new core support, check this out. We did put a 91-93 grill, plus a intercooler in a 90 non-intercooled truck before I found this link. 1987 Dodge Ram D150 New Grille - Project Build - Mopar Muscle Magazine
