WHERE TO INSTALL UNDER HOOD OR IN CAB.WHAT GAUGE DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Go to Geno's garage and get a drilled banjo bolt for a 98.5-02 24v for a fuel pressure gauge they use the same banjo bolts as the VE's. Put it in the line going from the fuel filter to the pump. I'd go autometer or Isspro and no more then 10-15psi.
