Default LOOKING AT A 1993 Cummins 5 speed. PLEASE HELP

So im goin to look at a 1993 Cummins this Sunday. the truck has 250,000 miles on it. the engine has 120k and the rebuilt tranny has 60k.

THE GOOD: the truck has POD injectors, 45 horse i think, a different fuel pin, 3200 governor spring, bigger waste gate, 700 horse rated clutch, ex cab. has 2 inch lift with new 37" tires. it came from Florida so it has no rust or rot. it has a 8'plow, spair door, grill, spair tire, and a spair tale gate.

THE BAD: brake pedal is hard to push down, tail lights stay on, power windows dont work, passenger door doesnt open. the truck has a spair door. needs a battery and he says it has a push button start? idk if there is a key not to sure. the truck is 2 hours away and he said i probably should not drive it 2 hours because it has only been a yard truck for the past couple years.

What do you guys think? anything will be help full!

$400 for vacuum pump, look for part number 904-214 electric vacuum pump as a possible replacement for the stock vacuum pump, that's what I'm doing. Like $55 on eBay.com and $150 on Auto Zone.com

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Get it cheap, and maybe have the money to fix it up, gonna be some work involved for sure.

The brake lights staying on is the sending unit on the pedal, simple $5/$10 fix.

You can never go wrong with a 12V man! But I would swap it out to a 727 auto tranny.
