installed new turbo,stage 2 injectors(75 horse)3200 govener spring.

have re indexed the throttle lever but not quite sure if on the right mark.

have tps disconnected now and runs fine while sitting at all engine speeds but havent tried ful throttle.

herd about useing a pot instead of tps

checked tps seems smooth and have adjusted too 1 volt at idle.cleaned connector

could it be tps or index still off ?

what would make it go to full throttle at engine start by itself? power screw maybe ......help

 

Check your high idle screw locknut. Maybe it worked loose and the screw found its way up there

Have you turned yours in? If so, back it out about a quarter-turn ~ half-turn.
