here you can see the bottom horizontal brace cut, its kind of crud in this pic but you get the idea. i dont want anything in my way. also in the other pic, i am going to have to cut all the mounts off of the intercooler and hope things work, (fingers crossed) i ran into an issue looking at the donar truck. i think the A/C condenser is going to have to go behind the intercooler seeing is this intercooler is about 6 inches wider than stock and the stock lines for the A/C condenser are just wide enuf to past the stock intercooler....will keep you posted on that process but anyways, i have more cuts than people need to deal with in one night and morrow hopefully i get some more sawsall blades and another flap disk for the grinder so i can get the intercooler brackets all cut off.

 

 

 

well over the last couple of days i got the intercooler bolted in the right location and everything fabed to start welding braces back in...will post pics later on tonight when i get back to the house.
