Default cooooooool air

I picked up an intercooler out of a 05 duramax at a swap meet really cheap...was wondering if there was anyone out there that has put that in a 92 dodge before...hah could use some help..mock up sucks but its slowly going!! anything helps guys!!!

I don't think they will fit. Also if I remember right they have plastic ends.

i can make it fit...i was just wondering if anyone has done it and can give me any pointers..and this one is all aluminum...i just need to get a big hole saw so i can make a few cuts and then hope it will work with the grill and header panel! its going to be tight!

will do, kind of confusing right now, i have another radiator support im mocking up on before i get it anywhere near the pickup just to make sure...ill snap some pictures in the morning for sure

i couldnt get it to upload the one i doodled on but you see in the second picture there i had to cut the stock intercooler mounts and the center mount for the lower grill piece off, i need to get a spot weld cutter from my buddys shop this after noon and both of the upright stiffeners are going to have to go for the time being, will snap some more pics morrow depending how far along i get tonight

the pictures may be out of order a bit but it all happened tonight, also there is a pic of the donar truck, 92...nothing special, turned up pump and in the process of putting a getrag 5 speed in.... but i had to cut the radiator support basically to nothing. took the up right supports with the spot weld cutter and then had to cut the bottom horizontal brace to where it was flush with the main piece of sheet metal.
