I don't believe that it does. You may be able to buy one from the dealer.

 

Ya, I can get them, just the last one I ordered (different vendor) said it didnt, I ordered one, and it had it...LOL

 

It's not shown in the picture, so I'd have to say that it doesn't. If you do order one you might want to wait until you got it incase the manufacturer decided to start tossing them in the box and didn't tell anyone about it.
