I still say it's tire related, possibly rim related.

x2 on the rim... Maybe a bent or damaged rim? How bad is the vibration? Is it horrible or just like a little shimmy

its real bad will make foot go numb on gas pedal has brand new wheels tires balanced and everything thing new on driveshaft,yolks,u joints and all
