Default P7100 pump supply pressure

Im in the process of doing a cummins swap on a obs powerstroke. The fuel system that I was running uses a Fuelab 40401 pump for supply pressure. Dose anyone know if my p7100 will handle the roughly 45psi the pump produces? I also plan to run dual pump feeds and am going to regulate the return side of the pump. Any input would be great.

Pumps make flow, restriction makes pressure. But either way i believe that is to high.
