Default Bad pump?

Hi there, I have a 95 3500 with the spd. It has a pretty bad miss too it, so I cracked the injector lines and #3 cylinder doesn't change tone. I replaced the ofv, new lift pump, new injectors, new injector lines, and kdp. I assume that it is the pump because I cracked the line at the pump and very little fuel came out in comparison to the other dv's. Could this mean a bad pump or possible just a bad dv. I wouldn't think one lobe of the cam would get messed up by itself. Any help is appreciated.

put one of the dv's from the other cylinder in it and see if the problem jumps cylinders.
