Default Soft clutch pressure

I just put a new Sachs ceramic single plate clutch in, and now the clutch pedal feels soft. Plus it's hard to get in gear. I have to push the pedal all the way to the boards to get any type of response. With the old clutch easy shifting and pressure behind the pedal. Any ideas?
And is it good to take the fuel plate completely out?

No adjusters it's pretty solid all the way to the slave cylinder. So I think it's just an air bubble? But the resivor is full..
Takeing that plate out won't hurt anything?
