I did mine myself but it all depends on how professional you are trying to make it look. I looked around and most places were trying to get 250+ to do it. I pulled mine out and ripped all of the old fabric off then used a my wire wheel too remove all of the foam. If you get the right adhesive then you can keep the foam on there if it is in good shape. Then I bought a jersey style fabric sheet from wal mart and glued the **** out of it to the board. Left a little extra fabric and rolled it over the edge and glued it then popped it back in.

I also did mine myself if you go on my page I have some pics of it out of the truck and Installed, not hard to do at all think I paid 15-20 bux to do it! I used felt instead of the liner fabric was much cheaper and has been holding up for a few months now.. but fabrics if your choice g00dluck.

Just done one today. It is a little tricky getting it out of the truck. Have to spin it sideways and with one edge along the front floor as far a possible and then ease it out the door. A wire brush to get all the foam off the board, be careful around the edges.
Got the material from an seat cover shop with a can of glue $70 total. It will take right at 2 yards, I got 2 1/2 and had a little extra but wanted to make sure I had enough.
There are several video's on youtube that will help.
