New fuel solenoid won't pull up?
I just replace my fuel solenoid and fire wall relay and it still won't start unless I pull it up manually. HELP!!!

Not getting power to solenoid when cranking. Disassembled and cleaned the contacts at starter(brown wire), small wire off battery terminal on drivers side and on the relay it conects to. Now what? Also, no tach. Charges just fine. Something is drawing power through the fuse box under the hood as well.(sparked when reconnected battery, traced to something in here).

I did both. I found the terminal on the starter that the brown wire attaches to was loose. I disassembled the starter and repaired the best I could. Now it will start. I have a really good automotive electrical shop nearby and will have him make a more professional repair. I don't want to have to replace the starter just because there was a loose terminal.
