Are they reusable?

I bought a short block and was going to pull the caps to check the bearings.

I bought the truck messed up and i don't really want to sink a bunch of money into the engine and something else be messed up. I am going to build the motor I am pulling out so i am trying to get this going right now for as cheap as possible.
