RV exhaust manifold or stock manifold
Other than spacial reconfiguration underhood, the only thing I could think of is if the RV manifold is setup with more cylinders feeding the half of the divided turbine housing more responsible for spooling that you could maybe potentially get better spooling characteristics assuming the RV manifold runner ports and configuration don't offer any more resistance compared to stock........
