Speedo acting up
Hey,
My speedo is acting up. it flickers up and down.
On the weekend my rear brake on the passeger side started to lock up a bit when you are almost stopped. I haven't had time to take it a part to see what's up, but then it was fine this morning. On my way home my ABS and Parking lights came on. That's when I noticed that the speedo flickered up and down.
I will pull the drum and see what's causing the wheel to lock tomorrow night.
Would this be caused but the ABS warning?
Thanks

This morning on my way into work, I tilted the steering wheel up so I could keep an eye on the speedo, no ABS light on, and the speedo was fine, But I noticed that some lights flickered in the dash when I moved the steering wheel. So I tilted up and down, and the motor cut out and died. Shifted to neutral, and tilted the steering wheel again, and I was able to fire it up and keep going as nothing happened.
Now that I know that the problem is in the steering column, would it be the clock spring causing this or would it be the wiring harness in the steering column?
Thanks
