New injectors and I dont have a gauge in cab yet I hooked a test fp gauge up under the hood at Idle I was at 35-38 and had it resting by the windshield going down the road WOT draws down to about 28 or so.

Just put on the AirDog 150 Last week and OFV couple days ago but it still ran fine with those and the stock sticks

double check the air line going to the AFC and to the wastegate, sounds like the AFC foot isnt moving

Sorry the in laws are in town and my wife seems to think they are priority over my truck. How freely should the foot move because it seemed pretty stiff when I checked it, I know it will depend on the spring load but I could barely move it. Im going to rig up a new boost tube to the afc from the intake and see if that helps, I didnt see any cuts in the line but the fitting could be letting some air by.

also try blowing thru the line with it off the truck, they can become blocked if somebody didnt put a sleeve inside the ferral

the foot shouldnt be that hard to move, make yourself a pressure reg that you can hook to it with it off of the truck, tune it to where it takes 20-30psi of boost to move it full forward, depending on how little smoke you want

you can also take the foot off of the shaft and make sure that it isnt sticking on it

There was a little split in the afc line, fixed her up and shes a beast now. Also the spring had slack in it and was sitting at an angle, I moved the star wheel back a little bit and worked the foot back and forth that seemed to take care of it.
