I have a chance to buy stage 4 s300 with bov and was wondering what the pros and cons of the bov are

id say useless. just used to let off excess pressure out

 

the only cons would be cost and installation as we dont have any kind of throttle plate to make a BOV function straight from the box. the pros are pllenty as it eliminates pressures on the opposite side of the wastegate further elongating the life of your turbo.
uneeded really if you dont pull or race your truck often as millions of miles have been logged without a BOV but added insurence none the less and they sound COOL AS HELL!
