Customer Service is very important to me, as I have dealt with to many businesses with horrible service, and I done everything I can to stay away from them. Both companies are so evenly reputable, I'm stressing just trying to make a decision. I just want a clutch I can do everything with reliably..

I have a valair 600hp full ceramic clutch in my nv4500 and it has its ups and downs. It grabs like crazy but hops so badly it makes me look like a new driver. I pretty much have to just drop the clutch and floor it for it to be smooth rolling power, that's just my two cents.

Yea I wouldn't mind hopping in reverse, but all the time on each gear would get on my nerves I think..

Im pretty sure you cannot hold 500 hp in a diesel with a organic single.

Hello guys, thanks for the comments. If you have any doubts regarding the product quality of the InMotion Clutch clutch kits, I would recommend you to give them a call and speak with them directly. Thanks! Have a good week end!

i would just spend the money once and get the valair 13" full ceramic clutch and be done with it, its a proven clucth holds over 500hp and holds to heavy tow loads im extremely staisfied with mine like i mentioned about the grabby though its only grabby trying to slip it from a stop to get rolling thats it

Southbend all the way. Poor customer service with southbend....? Seriously...looks like your nose has something brown on it. Southbend has stood behind everything I've ever sent back for myself or customers.

But you are willing to bash a company which has years of great products and satisfied customers? And then have the nerve to say to each his own?
Im just saying I had a 3850dd that had been abused to every limit possible at a minimum of 630 rwhp and a max of 883rwhp over 1500 ft lbs. And in the middle of a 4x4 burnout I toasted it. Shipped it to southbend and explained I needed it fixed, to call and I would arrange the payment for the repair and shipping....never got a bill but got my clutch back...
Is that every circumstance? Probably not, there are some customers that can't be pleased and some that love to tell you they make 300rwhp on a Ofe and it comes in glazed and scored and turns out they have twins and a ton of mods. But for you to come on here and say they have poor customer service offends the crap out of me.
Honesty is the best practice with warranty items and if your buddies were to call me and lie to me , the customer service they receive will for sure take a nose dive.
