Your probably right ill let it be for now but loosing my truck might hit harder then my job .

 

When I had the stock plate on I pushed the stock plate all the way forward and turned the star wheel up and my egt was only maxing at 10K and psi max was 30, and that's only if I really pushed it so I think your fine.

 

I might slide it a bit then. Whats the max egt level for stock truck?

 

2200* if it just sees it for a bit. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTLY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! just do it your truck will be fine.

no i didnt. things just cant stay hot long wouldnt ever want to see that on the road.

 

Is it ok run only 3 bolts after taking out tamper proof on the pump?

 

yes but you should take one of the 3 to the hardware store and get another.

 

It'll be fine. I've heard they can leak a tad bit of oil that way, but I haven't had any trouble yet. I have a fuel line that runs right over one of them (where the tamper proof was), so I just leave that one out, and it makes taking the AFC off a really easy process.
