Default Rpm guage not working and alternator not charging

Any ideas? Heard that it could be the way I installed the Harmonic balancer, but no one has told me a definate way of installing it? Any help is greatly appreciated. This is my daily driver and I rely on it to get to work.

Check the clearence of the tach sensor on the balancer. I used a piece of the cardboard cover that came on the new belt I put on after doing the KDP fix. Not sure what the exact clearence is but the cardboard cover work for me.
