hey guys could anyone give me any instuctions/ advice on replacing an input shaft and retainer? im guessing its as easy as pulling the one that's in there out and slapping the new one in but maybe im missing something. let me know.

 

its as easy as that. 4 bolts holding the cover on. make sure the bearing is aligned perfect when reasembling

Is there any messing around with gears and stuff or is it just pull 4 bolts off and slide the new one in?

 

Just pull the four bolts and slide the new one in it's just that easy
